About Us
McKenzie’s Pharmacy is a second-generation pharmacy group serving local communities. We opened our first pharmacy in 1985 and since then have continued to grow and today we operate pharmacies across the greater Belfast and Glenavy area. Together with our sister pharmacy, Fortwilliam Pharmacy on the Antrim Road, we employ over 50 staff including 12 pharmacists.
We understand the importance of providing excellent services as well as first class information, advice and education on health matters to all our customers. We offer a range of NHS pharmacy services including the Minor Ailments Scheme, the Stop Smoking Programme and Flu vaccination clinics and support our customers offering practical advice to promote health and well-being. Our delivery service, offered across all branches ensures that our customers are able to access their medications and healthcare needs if they are unable to get to us instore.

At McKenzie’s Pharmacy we attribute much of our success to our staff. We work closely with local community groups, youth teams and voluntary organisations and take pride in the fact that we are focused on providing expert advice and healthcare services in a friendly manner to the communities within which we operate.
We champion safe & efficient dispensing and have automated our process by installing dispensing robots in many of our branches. These improve safety and free up our pharmacist’s time to enable them to focus on our patients, enabling them to get quality advice and the most from their medications.
